About me

I am a licensed* psychotherapist providing services throughout California via telehealth, with offices in the Bay Area for in-person sessions. I specialize in somatic, mind-body approaches to healing and personal growth, with a central focus on Somatic Experiencing® (SE)—a gentle, yet powerful, body-oriented approach to resolving trauma, stress, and dysregulation in the nervous system.

Somatic Experiencing® is grounded in the understanding that trauma is held in the body, not just the mind. By tuning into subtle body sensations, movements, and impulses, SE helps safely release stored survival energy, restore self-regulation, and rebuild a sense of safety and resilience from the inside out. It is particularly effective for developmental, shock, and complex trauma, as well as for chronic stress.

With over 15 years of clinical psychology experience, 25 years as a somatic bodyworker, and years of vipassana (mindfulness) meditation practice, I bring an embodied, compassionate presence to the therapeutic space. My approach blends evidence-based therapies with body-centered modalities like SE, always guided by your unique needs and pacing. Whether you're seeking relief from long-held trauma or looking to deepen your capacity for connection and aliveness, I am here to support and empower your process of healing and change.
